Every year around 100 enthusiastic middle school girls from 30 Delaware schools grather for a full day dediated to conducting experiments, inspiring them to pursue STEM careers. This event, organized by Million Women Mentors, brings together a wide range of sponsors and volunteers rooted in Delaware's STEM ecosystem, including DuPont, Incyte, FMC, DFSME, UD Graduate Scientistas, UD Project Brain Light, and Agilent.

Consistent with my passion for STEM outreach and mentorship, I organized over 50 graduate women volunteers to serve as group leaders, giving the attendees young female scientists to connect with and be inspired by. I also planned and implemented a pipette art activity to merge art and science, teaching girls that science can be creative (and pretty).
